General conditions of sale - Your stay in Morocco

 

 

Reservation a stay

On reservation, an advance of 30% will be requested. You will be sent an invoice by return.

 

 

Cancellation fees

 

If you have to cancel your departure for any reason whatsoever, you must inform Authentique Nomade by email as soon as possible.

More than 30 days before your departure, we will keep 40% of the advance (or you can put off your stay to a later date).

From 30 to 15 days before departure: we keep 50% of the advance.

14 days before departure to the date of departure: we keep 100% of the advance.

 

 

If the cancellation of your stay is announced by Authentique Nomade following unforeseen events, you will be advised as soon as possible and any sums you have paid will be reimbursed in full, but you may not claim any indemnity.

If the cancellation of your stay is due to exceptional events such as strike/cancellation by your airline (with justifying documents), pandemic etc... your stay will be put off until later and you will have a credit note valid for one year.

 

 

Reservation

No reservation will be considered unless made by email.

To reserve it is imperative to pay in advance, even for the excursions of one day and the transfers.

 

Rates

Authentique Nomade does not cover flights, your insurance cover, your personal expenses, drinks, tips, entrances to museums and the costs of the different visits or the services which are not covered in the estimate. As a general rule, lunches are not included in the tours.  

 

 

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer or international money order.

 

Administrative conditions

 

You must ensure that you comply with the formalities in force in the country (passport, visa, vaccinations…)

We recommend you check your personal insurance cover before leaving as our rates do not include insurance for repatriation or medical insurance.

 

 

Length of your stay

The length of your stay will be determined by your dates, flight times and places of arrival and departure.

 

Authentique Nomade will collect you on the day of your arrival and will accompany you on the day of your departure to the places and at the times agreed in advance if you have booked a tour with us.  

All the tours or excursions booked include acceptance of the general conditions of sale stated above.

This price includes :

-Transport by 4x4 with experienced driver-accompanier, fuel and insurance

- Accommodation with dinners and breakfasts

 

The following is at your expense :

-Lunches

-Drinks, 

-Entrance fees to monuments and their guided tours,

-Tips 

 

Conditions of cancellation : 

- 30 days before the planned departure, we keep 40% of the advance

- Between 30 and 15 days before we keep 50% of the advance

- Less than 15 days from the planned departure we keep the whole advance

 

Authentique Nomade does not cover  flights, your insurance, your personal expenses, drinks, tips entrances to museums and the different visits or the services not covered in the estimate. Lunches are not included in the tours. We will not oblige you to have lunch in any restaurants, it will be up to you to organize with your driver.
